Social Media Madness - I feel sorry for us
I feel sorry for you us. While facebook once kept us from having to update multiple friends by e-mail or over the phone by simpling posting onto our wall, it’s now back to the roots: “having” to keep everybody up-to-date everywhere (everywhere as in all those old and rising new social networks).
I used to just take a picture and let it reside on my harddisk, and, when people came over I’d show it to them. Now I take a picture with Instagram and “must” make sure it’s also published on facebook and twitter, maybe even on tumblr, replying to comments on facebook and Instagram, also posting it on the facebook fanpage and finally sending the picture to my analog dad who isn’t using any social network yet.
Damn, anybody got relief? How do you handle all this social mess?
